Seasonally themed yoga, a dip in the swimming pond and laid back time to catch up, all whilst raising money for Womankind Worldwide. Introducing YogaSwim4Good, with Sue and Emma
Taking place on selected Tuesday mornings from 10am-11.30am, each YogaSwim4Good session will begin with yoga (outdoors in Quinton Old Rectory garden if conditions allow, or in Quinton village hall if not), followed by a swim in the swimming pond. After the swim, we’ll layer up and enjoy chatting over warm up drinks in the garden (please bring your own thermal mug!)
We currently plan to host sessions on:

4th March
25th March
And we’ll be adding some more if we can.
