Join Emma and friends on selected Saturdays over the summer to enjoy a beautiful start your weekend exploring your breath, immersing in the pond and then enjoying a fabulous brunch.
These events will begin with a 90 minute breath workshop led by experienced practitioners and supported by Emma:
In May, we’ll be joined by Ali, who will guide us on a powerful journey with conscious connected breathing, a deeply healing modality that help shift stuck energy, release tension and leave you feeling altogether more connected.
In September, Kate will be leading a workshop on functional breathing, teaching us how to breathe better every day so as to optimise physical and mental health.
After the workshops, there’ll be an opportunity to take a dip in the garden’s natural swimming pond and/or explore the garden before a sumptuous brunch is served at the kitchen - organic fruits and yoghurt, Emma’s homemade granola, freshly baked sourdough, hearty salads and vegan chocolate and banana bread will all be on the menu, along with teas and coffee. You may not need to eat for the rest of the day! You’ll leave our Breathwork & Brunch sessions feeling nourished, energised and ready to enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Spaces on these events are strictly limited to 14, and cost £40 a person.
