Join us for our first sound bath of 2025, a deliciously awakening start to a season of sound.

Garden favourite Jojo Sounds will be back to lead us on a deeply-immersive journey, a full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture mind and body.

Our sound bath events this season are in aid of Womankind’s Afghanistan projects. They’ll take place on the lawns at Quinton Old Rectory Garden, surrounded by the burgeoning flower beds coming into full bloom.

Spaces on the event cost £20, which includes calming herbal teas and a sweet treat to look forward to after the sound bath. We’re limiting numbers to 24 and last year’s sound baths sold out quickly. Please get in early to secure your space

NB: this is an outdoor event, so weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rearranged and refunds offered to anyone who cannot make the revised date

Please note: It’s advised not to attend a sound bath if you’re in the first trimester of pregnancy (0-12 weeks), have a pacemaker/defib or diagnosed heart condition or cardiovascular disorder, are epileptic or have any metal implanted in the body (eg joint replacements)
