Sue and Emma are back for the 2025 summer season with a whole new journey of outdoor mini-retreats.
Our mini-retreat mornings begin with a physical yoga practice on the lawn, with meditations and breathwork too, after which there’s an opportunity to swim in the garden’s natural swimming pond and /or to explore the garden and find a quiet place to be before we come together for herbal teas and homemade cakes to round off the morning in community.
This year, we’ll be making a journey through the body. Each mini-retreat can be taken as a stand alone experience, or as part of the series.
Our bodies are the vessels through which we experience this life, housing the intricate systems that allow us to move, feel, and connect with the world around us. Over the course of our summer journey, we'll delve into the wisdom that our bodies offer, uncovering lessons that can guide us toward greater harmony, balance, and fulfillment.
The cost of each morning is £25, including cake and herbal tea.

July 8th - To Feel Free - Heart and Arms

NB: the mini-retreats are outdoor events, so weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rearranged and refunds offered to anyone who cannot make the revised date
